How does getting a lead work with Estatefunnel?

Consumers receive intro videos and pick the agent they trust most. When you’re chosen (a match), you’re notified and can reach out. If you’re chosen, there’s no fee — it’s an organic lead.

How many leads can I expect per month?

It’s not possible to predict a monthly lead count by region, city, or area—local demand, seasonality, and competition all affect volume. That’s exactly why we provide a credit-based warranty: if there’s no match, your fees accrue as App credits you can redeem for leads (based on lead price), and the balance resets as soon as you get a match. To maximize your chances: use the teleprompter, enable a generic video per area, and quickly follow up by sending a second personalized video to qualified leads and super leads.

How many videos are sent per lead?

On average, about 10 videos are sent per lead. Most consumers tell us they prefer receiving “more rather than fewer,” as it helps them compare style, message clarity, and the experience offered. Tip: refine your script (AI + teleprompter), keep videos short, and enable a generic video per area to be seen quickly.

How do you ensure lead quality?

Each lead is validated through a service call by our conversational AI. Call notes are attached to the lead’s profile. If there are no notes yet, it simply means we haven’t reached them yet.

If I buy a lead and it isn’t good, can I get a refund?

No. Lead purchases are non-refundable. However, in rare cases (e.g., invalid phone number or clearly fraudulent leads—another agent testing the platform posing as a consumer, or a competitor posing as a lead), we can replace the lead after review. Please report the case to support directly in the app.

What are my chances of getting leads?

Your results depend on your area, the quality of your video (clarity, message, framing), and your follow-up speed. For dormant prospects (“Sleeping leads”), auto-sending a pre-saved video is ideal—you won’t waste time on people who aren’t watching. But as soon as a lead is qualified or becomes a super lead (watches your videos or has installed the MonCourtierParfait app), a personalized presentation video significantly boosts your chances of creating a match. Tips: use the built-in teleprompter, enable a generic video per area, and for qualified/super leads quickly send a second personalized video.

What is your credit-based performance warranty?

No match? Your subscription fees convert into App credits. Redeem those credits for leads based on lead price and your accumulated balance. When a match occurs, your credit balance resets to zero.

Is there a contract? Can I cancel anytime?

No long-term contract: you can cancel anytime from your account. Unused App credits remain associated with your account according to our terms.

What’s the lead purchase price? Is it exclusive?

Leads are exclusive—whether purchased or organic. Exclusive means it is not sold to any other agents. Purchased leads display their current price (e.g., $150). For an organic match (you’re chosen), there is no fee. App credits and purchased leads follow these exclusivity rules.

Can I auto-send a generic video by area?

Yes. You can set a generic presentation video that’s automatically sent to leads in selected areas. Perfect to save time while staying visible.

Does the app include a teleprompter and AI scripts?

Yes. AI generates your script and the teleprompter displays it on screen for natural eye contact. Result: time saved, clearer messaging, and a professional finish.

Can I pair the App with my website for better results?

Yes. App + website create an ecosystem that boosts brand, SEO, and conversions. Each video can become a unique landing page (dedicated URL, SEO tags, social preview) to maximize indexing and sharing.

Can I pair the App with a website from another provider?

No. Full pairing is designed to work only with an Estatefunnel website. Plan a migration to an Estatefunnel site to benefit from the full ecosystem.

Are there any setup fees for the App?

No, there are no setup fees for the App.

Do I have to commit to a fixed term?

No minimum term. You can adjust or cancel your plan at any time.

If I'm not satisfied with the App, can I get a refund if I subscribed to a plan?

Our plans and services are non-refundable.

What is the difference between Estatefunnel's teleprompter and other apps?

Our teleprompter generates AI scripts from your listing images and descriptions. It also offers the exclusive Slideshow Selfie Video (SSV) format when paired with our web site: a photo slideshow with your selfie video in a bubble overlay—highly appreciated by agents and consumers.

Can I customize my subtitles (captions)?

Yes, full customization: text, font, size, color, and position for a professional, engaging result.

Do you offer the option to use an avatar of myself?

No. We believe humans must remain at the center of video strategy. Your authenticity and presence build trust.

Do I own the website you provide me?

Our websites use proprietary platform technology. If you cancel your subscription, the site will stop functioning and cannot be transferred.

If I don't want to create videos, can I use Estatefunnel as a website?

Yes. Even without a video strategy, the site works as a standard real estate website and offers exclusive features (real-time AI editing, Intent-Responsive mode for on-demand microsites).

Do all clients receive the same daily articles?

Yes, except listing articles (PRO plan). It’s duplicated content — intended for social sharing to boost brand visibility and inspire video scripts, not for SEO gains.
