Use of Google User Data (Google APIs)
Brokers registered on Estatefunnel may voluntarily connect their Google accounts to enable certain features of our application. When a broker connects a Google account, we access Google user data solely to provide and improve the features described below, and for no other reason. The Google services and permissions (scopes) we request are:
- Google Calendar (auth/calendar, auth/calendar.readonly, auth/userinfo.email): to create, update, cancel meetings and check the broker's availability within the CRM (see the dedicated section below).
- YouTube (auth/youtube.upload, auth/youtube.force-ssl): to publish, update and delete — at the broker's request — the videos they create in our application to their own YouTube channel, and to display their channel name and basic details to confirm the connected account.
- Google Business Profile (auth/business.manage): to list the broker's business locations, retrieve their Google review link, and read and reply to customer reviews from within the CRM (see the dedicated section below).
- Google Ads (auth/adwords): when requested by the broker, to create and manage their own advertising campaigns in their own Google Ads account.
What we do: we use Google user data only to provide and improve the features the broker requested and that are described in this policy.
What we never do: we do not sell Google user data; we do not use or transfer it for advertising, marketing or audience-measurement (analytics) purposes; we do not use it to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models; and we do not allow any humans to read it, except with your explicit consent, for security purposes, to comply with applicable law, or where the data is aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
Use of Google Calendar Data
Brokers registered on Estatefunnel can connect their Google Calendar account to enable the CRM's integrated scheduling features. In this context, our application accesses Google Calendar data exclusively for the following purposes:
- Create events on the broker's calendar when a meeting is scheduled manually from the CRM or booked by a client through a public booking link.
- Update events when a meeting is rescheduled (date, time, location).
- Cancel events when a meeting is cancelled in the CRM.
- Check availability (free/busy) on the broker's primary calendar and any secondary calendars they designate, to prevent double-bookings when displaying available time slots on their public booking page.
- Sync inbound changes: when the broker moves or deletes an event directly in Google Calendar, the change is reflected in the CRM in real time via Google Calendar API webhooks.
We do not access the content of events that were not created by our application. Free/busy availability data consulted on secondary calendars does not include event titles, descriptions, attendees, or any other event content.
Storage of Google Calendar Data
The OAuth access tokens that allow our application to interact with Google Calendar are stored securely in our database, associated with the broker's account. These tokens are used solely to perform operations in Google Calendar on behalf of the broker (creating, updating, cancelling events) and are never shared with third parties. The email address of the connected Google account is displayed in the broker's interface for identification purposes only.
The broker can revoke our application's access at any time from their Google account (myaccount.google.com/permissions) or from their profile settings in Estatefunnel. Revocation deletes the stored tokens and disables synchronisation.
Use of YouTube Data
When a broker connects their YouTube account, our application accesses YouTube data solely to: (i) upload videos the broker created in our application to their channel, at their explicit request; (ii) update or delete those videos when they ask us to; and (iii) display their channel name and basic details to confirm the connected account. By using the YouTube features, you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge that Google processes your data in accordance with the Google Privacy Policy. We do not use YouTube data for any other purpose and never sell it.
Use of Google Business Profile Data
When a broker connects their Google Business Profile, our application accesses the associated data solely for the following purposes:
- List the broker's business locations so they can choose which one to connect.
- Retrieve the location's Google review link, so the broker can request reviews from their clients.
- Read customer reviews and their replies, and post replies to reviews, at the broker's request, from within the CRM.
This data is used solely to provide these reputation-management features to the broker. It is never sold and never used for advertising or marketing purposes.
Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure of Google User Data
We do not share, transfer, or disclose Google user data to third parties, except to the extent strictly necessary to provide or improve the features requested by the broker. The only sharing that occurs is with technical sub-processors (for example our cloud hosting provider and database) that store the data securely on our behalf under contractual confidentiality obligations. We do not share Google user data with any advertising, marketing or audience-measurement (analytics) tools, and we never transfer it to third parties for such purposes.
Prohibition of Sale of Google User Data
We commit to never selling Google user data to any third parties.
Prohibition of Unauthorized Transfer of Google User Data
We do not transfer Google user data to third parties for reasons other than providing or improving our application's functionality. Any use or transfer of Google user data is strictly limited to this purpose.
Important Distinction: Connected Accounts vs. Website Cookies
To avoid any ambiguity, we want to clearly distinguish two separate categories of data:
- Connected-account data (platform APIs): the data we access when a broker voluntarily connects a third-party account (Google/YouTube, Google Calendar, Google Business Profile, Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn). This data is used only to provide the features the broker requested. It is never used by Estatefunnel for advertising, marketing or audience measurement, and is never sold.
- Website cookies and analytics tools: the audience-measurement and marketing tools described further below in the "Cookies" section (for example Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel) relate exclusively to anonymous visitors of our public websites and our brokers' websites. These tools do not access and receive no data from the connected accounts above. In particular, no Google user data obtained through Google APIs is ever passed to these tools.
Third-Party Platform Integrations
Estatefunnel is a CRM for real estate professionals. Brokers may, at their own discretion, connect third-party platform accounts in order to publish content, manage their ads, schedule appointments and manage their online reputation. In every case, we access data only to perform the actions the broker explicitly requests, and never to sell data or for Estatefunnel's own advertising. The integrations we currently support are:
- Google / YouTube: publishing, updating and deleting videos on the broker's channel (see the Google sections above).
- Google Calendar: appointment scheduling and availability synchronisation (see the dedicated section).
- Google Business Profile: reading and replying to reviews, retrieving the review link (see the dedicated section).
- Google Ads: creating and managing the broker's advertising campaigns in their own account.
- Meta / Facebook: posting to the broker's Facebook Pages, receiving leads via Facebook Lead Ads, and creating/managing Meta advertising campaigns in their account. We request permissions such as page management, lead ("leads") retrieval and ads management, only for the accounts the broker chooses to connect.
- Instagram: publishing content to the Instagram Business accounts linked to the broker's Facebook Pages.
- TikTok: publishing videos to the broker's TikTok account (permissions user.info.basic, video.publish, video.upload) and displaying the basic creator information required to publish.
- LinkedIn: publishing content to the broker's LinkedIn profile or page.
The broker can disconnect any integration at any time from their Estatefunnel account settings, which deletes the stored access tokens and ends our access. They can also revoke access directly from the platform concerned (for example myaccount.google.com/permissions for Google).
