EstateFunnel transforms marketing for real estate and mortgage brokers in Quebec through technology, guidance, and done-for-you execution. One of the things we are proudest of is our client support.

This role is not just about answering tickets. It is about taking ownership of the client relationship and moving people forward.
Every strong onboarding, every follow-up done at the right time, and every reassured client helps preserve the reputation we built.
Your week blends onboarding, support, proactive follow-ups, and coordination with the marketing team. The pride in the role comes from seeing a broker move from “I do not know how to use the platform” to “I am getting tangible results.”
Welcome new clients, build their site from our templates, and guide them on video calls until they feel comfortable on the platform.
Answer questions by email and phone, unblock situations quickly, and make sure no one is left waiting for help.
Spot clients who have drifted away and reach out before they disengage. That is often where retention is won.
Support the team managing ads and content by coordinating follow-ups and deliverable preparation.

Helping a client move from confusion to concrete results, then knowing you played a real part in that.

You become the reference point for our clients on the platform. You know the friction points, you reassure, you organize, and you move things forward.
Once the platform is mastered, the natural progression leads toward done-for-you clients: marketing, leads, content, and more strategic coordination.
You will understand how a platform is onboarded, supported, and optimized so clients truly use it.
You will understand the Quebec real estate market and see how Meta Ads, Google Ads, and video content are managed for brokers.
The candidate we have in mind may have worked in hospitality, reception, travel, sales, or another service-heavy environment. What matters is human quality and rigor.

24 hours per week, Tuesday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Primarily remote, with in-person meetings on Friday afternoons on Montreal’s South Shore.
A real opportunity to progress into a full-time role as the team grows.
