MONCOURTIERPARFAIT APP BECOMES MULTI-PRÊTS CONNECTE
MONTREAL, June 2, 2026 — Estatefunnel, one of the fastest-growing web agencies in Quebec’s real estate brokerage industry, and Multi-Prêts Équipe Caron today announced the signing of a strategic partnership aimed at accelerating the commercialization of a business opportunity generation solution dedicated to real estate and mortgage brokers.
As part of this agreement, the MonCourtierParfait app, which connects real estate and mortgage brokers with home buyers and sellers, will be rebranded as Multi-Prêts Connecte (“MPC”).
Developed by Estatefunnel, the MPC app leverages video technology to enable real estate and mortgage brokers to present personalized service proposals to prospective property buyers and sellers. Access to the lead-matching program will follow a selective approach, reserved for brokers who meet standards of expertise, reputation, and performance aligned with the quality requirements of the Multi-Prêts brand, as well as technological integration criteria with its systems.
Designed to strengthen the Multi-Prêts ecosystem, the Multi-Prêts Connecte app will be offered exclusively to all Multi-Prêts mortgage brokers across Quebec, as well as to the brand’s partner real estate brokers. Its commercialization and promotion will be overseen by Multi-Prêts Équipe Caron, one of the largest mortgage brokerage teams in Quebec. Estatefunnel will continue to lead the technological development of the MPC app, which integrates directly with its real estate websites. The Multi-Prêts app will initially be launched in selected regions in the near future and will be available throughout Quebec by the end of 2026.
