1. Scope and roles
This website is operated by EstateFunnel (“Site Operator”). EstateFunnel Inc. provides hosting, content-management tools and technical services (“Platform Provider”). The Site Operator is responsible for prospect personal information it receives and for decisions about it; EstateFunnel processes that information only to provide, secure and improve the agreed services.
2. Information collected
We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including your name, contact details, message content and information related to a real-estate inquiry. We also collect technical and usage data, such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, interactions and cookie identifiers, where you consent when consent is required.
3. Purposes of use
Information is used to respond to your requests, communicate with you, provide requested services, improve the website, prevent fraud or abuse, meet legal obligations, and measure the effectiveness of communications and campaigns where your preferences allow it.
4. Forms, email and text messages
When a form is submitted, we may send a confirmation email or text message and follow up on your request. Text messages are delivered through Twilio in accordance with applicable A2P messaging requirements. You may unsubscribe from email through the supplied link and from text messages by replying “STOP”; strictly transactional messages or messages needed to follow up on a request may continue where permitted by law.
5. Service providers and disclosures
We may disclose personal information to authorized providers that help operate the website and deliver services, including EstateFunnel, Twilio, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta. The website uses the Site Operator’s Meta Pixel and EstateFunnel’s partner Meta Pixel. These providers receive only the information needed for their services and may process information outside Québec, Canada or the United States. We may also disclose information where required or permitted by law.
6. Google API Services and user data
A broker may voluntarily connect a Google account to Estatefunnel to use CRM and publication features. We access Google user data only to provide or improve the requested features described here. Estatefunnel’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Depending on the permissions granted, these features allow: (i) with Google Calendar, the creation, update, or cancellation of requested appointments, free/busy availability checks, and synchronization of changes to appointments managed by Estatefunnel; (ii) with YouTube, the publication, update, or deletion at the broker’s request of videos created in the application to the broker’s own channel, and the display of basic channel details; (iii) with Google Business Profile, the listing of locations, retrieval of a review link, and the reading or replying to reviews; and (iv) with Google Ads, the creation and management of the broker’s campaigns in the broker’s own account.
We do not access the content of Google Calendar events that are not created or managed by Estatefunnel. Availability data does not include event titles, descriptions, attendees, or event content. OAuth tokens are securely stored and used only for authorized actions; the connected account email address is used only to identify that account.
We do not sell Google user data and do not use or transfer it for advertising, marketing, audience measurement, or training generalized artificial-intelligence models. It is disclosed only to technical sub-processors necessary to securely operate the requested features, subject to confidentiality obligations. It is never sent to Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, or other analytics or advertising tools. No human reads it except with the broker’s explicit consent, when necessary for security, to comply with law, or in aggregated and anonymized form for internal operations.
The broker may disconnect the account in Estatefunnel or revoke access in the broker’s Google Account. Revocation disables synchronization and deletes tokens retained by Estatefunnel. Use of YouTube features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.

7. Meta Platform data
A broker may voluntarily connect Meta, Facebook, or Instagram accounts to Estatefunnel to publish content, manage Pages or professional accounts, receive leads from Meta Lead Ads, and create or manage the broker’s own advertising campaigns. Estatefunnel accesses only the accounts and permissions selected by the broker and only to perform the requested features.
Depending on enabled features, this data may include basic account or Page information, posts, linked professional Instagram accounts, leads delivered through Meta Lead Ads, and information required to manage a campaign. It is used to provide features visible in the application and is not sold or used for Estatefunnel’s independent advertising, marketing, or profiling purposes.
Connected-account data may be processed by technical sub-processors only to the extent necessary to securely operate requested features and subject to confidentiality obligations. It is not disclosed to third parties for advertising, analytics, or resale. The broker may disconnect an integration from the Estatefunnel account or remove permissions in Meta platform settings; this ends Estatefunnel access and deletes retained access tokens.
Connected Meta account data is separate from Meta cookies and pixels used on public websites. Those pixels are subject to cookie preferences and do not receive data from connected Meta accounts or leads obtained through Meta Lead Ads.
To request deletion of data associated with a Meta integration, contact Estatefunnel using the contact details in this Policy. We will process the request subject to legal obligations and features still active at the broker’s request.
8. Cookies, analytics and advertising
Essential cookies enable the website to function and remember certain preferences. Subject to your choices, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager help us understand website use; Meta Pixels may measure campaigns and enable advertising remarketing. We do not sell your personal information for money. However, certain disclosures to analytics or advertising partners may be considered “sharing” or targeted advertising under some U.S. laws. You may change your preferences at any time.
